Mark A. Raymond, MS, CASAC is the OTP Program Director for Farnham Family Services in Oswego, N.Y. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Services from SUNY Oswego and is a CASAC. Mark started as a counselor in 1996 with Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y. During the 20 years with Crouse he spent 15 with their OTP, advanced to charge counselor, clinical supervisor and program manager. He helped facilitate patient census increase from the 400’s to 700’s during the opioid epidemic. Mark started with Farnham 5/8/17 to assist with opening the first OTP in Oswego County which occurred 9/11/17. Mark is grateful for the support of colleagues from COMPA, OASAS, current and previous employers.
