Patient Rights and Responsibilities

COMPA encourages our member programs to proactively inform patients of their rights and responsibilities. In that regard we are providing a sample statement of patient rights and responsibilities which providers may choose to adapt and modify for use in their own program. This could be used as part of the patient orientation process and it could also be provided to all patients by way of a flyer or brochure.
